Our client is a big multinational reality and has entrusted OBIETTIVO PROFESSIONAL to select this Job profile: PROJECT MANAGER EMEIA Location: Province of Ravenna Type of tasks: The Program Manager will have to provide program management and project management oversight services to strategic initiatives such as integration, manufacturing footprint, top line margin enhancement and green field operations. This would encompass the administration, financial and resource management of multiple projects within these strategic programs using a specific process. Percentage of Travel: 60%, also abroad (Europe, India, Africa) Minimum Years of Experience: 3 in the Manufacturing, Engineering or Automotive sector Education Standard: bachelor`s degree The PM would have these main responsibilities: • Working with vice president integrated supply chain and director of industrial engineering in defining program objectives, selecting projects that support the objectives, prioritizing those projects for execution and staffing them with appropriate resources (internal and external); • Ensuring alignment with business and enterprise strategy; • Developing business cases scenarios to aid management in decision making; • Resolving people and team dynamics issues for the effective performance of the project teams in completing their assignments; • Managing intra-project dependencies and their interrelationship and impact upon other programs and projects; • Mentoring and coaching the project team and Ensuring compliance to project management processes. He/she would share responsibilities for ensuring the organization to derive the benefits resulting from the program objectives. |
