| Descrizione dell'offerta: | Randstad Italia Spa, filiale di Milano Pisani, seleziona per importante Società multinazionale un PROCESS QUALITY MANAGER Purpose of the Job: RPV Process Quality Manager key functions are to improve process customers’ satisfaction and to improve Unit internal Quality performance. To achieve those key functions Process Quality manager has to, directly or by delegation: 1. Define with product industrialisation and engineering key standards for production to achieve quality targets for industrialised products and new products 2. In case of new products, define possible causes of failures and make sure that corrective actions are made on design and industrialisation stages 3. From manufacturing to shipment, to audit product & process key characteristics so as to prevent any non conformities at testing or at Customer. To manage non conformities detected during production (stop, repair, segregation, waiver…) and monitor actions so as to avoid reoccurrence of the same problem 4. To support the global organization by doing root cause analysis and by managing problem solving Group. Lead weekly review on process quality at unit level with UMD 5. Track and reduce non quality costs due to manufacturing/suppliers and be accountable of quality KPI such as FPY (First Pass Yield), CONQ (Cost of Non Quality). 6. Collaboration with Sourcing Dept and Supplier Quality Engineer for any possible improvement of the purchasing specifications and Incoming Goods test protocols Si richiede: Pregressa esperienza nell’ambito della funzione qualità di realtà industriali Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese Disponibilità immediata Si offre: Contratto di 1 anno (scopo assunzione) Retribuzione commisurata all’esperienza del candidata (RAL massima 30K) Zona di lavoro: Milano nord |
